A COE (or Code of Ethics Breeder) preforms certain health screenings on dogs before they are bred.  COE breeders ensure the health of the puppies by actively assisting the Mama-dog during the pregnancy, whelp and rearing of the puppies.  New owners will receive documentation of worming & vaccinations, advice on care and registration paperwork.  COE Breeders have a contract with health guarantees, and a list of responsibilities of the breeders and new owner.  If for any reason, the new owner is unable to keep the dog, the breeder will actively assist finding a new home.  The pup should have an awesome puppy package of food, toys and other essentials.  During the life of the dog, the COE Breeder will be available to answer questions.
